He said she takes the photos of me and the boys and smooshes them up against her cheek and smiles. How cute is that?!
She fits into 9 month size clothes and the 6-12 month size shoes are big on her! She is in size 3 diapers which is what he brought for her. She's eating jarred baby food.
She does scream and carry on when she's getting her diaper changed, but stops immediately when it's over. She was crying for the phone when I called and I got to say a few words to her. He was able to distract her with a toy so he could get the phone back.
He had somewhere to go for 2 hours this morning and had the babysitter watch her. When he returned she immediately put her arms out for him to take her and smiled at him.
He also took a picture of him, her, and her primary caregiver. He had her write Sarah a note and had it translated. She gave Sarah a traditional Ethiopian dress, me a scarf, and Gabi a neck tie (I think). Very sweet of her.
He said the air quality is so bad there (pollution) that they wake up congested and cough up or blow their noses and black stuff comes out. Yuck. I can't wait for them to come home!
